Balance & top-up

Your balance (wallet) is a prepaid deposit in Rupiah used to pay for purchases and subscription renewals.

Adding funds

  1. Open Dashboard → Balance → Top up.
  2. Enter an amount.
  3. You are taken to a QRIS payment page.
  4. Scan and pay. Your balance increases automatically once payment is confirmed (usually < 1 minute).

You can also top up "on the fly" during checkout if your balance is short — the system offers to cover just the shortfall.

Fees

QRIS payments carry a payment-gateway fee of 0.7% + Rp 300, and it is charged to the payer. So if you top up Rp 100,000, what you pay on the QRIS page is Rp 100,000 + fee; the balance credited is still Rp 100,000.

The final amount is always shown on the payment page before you scan.

The payment link / QR is valid for 24 hours. If it expires before payment, create a new top-up request. Your money is never lost: funds are only credited once payment is actually confirmed.

History

Dashboard → Balance → History shows every movement: top-ups, purchases, subscription renewals, bonuses, and refunds.

Top-up bonus

Some promotions grant a bonus balance at certain top-up amounts. The bonus is credited together with the main balance and appears as a separate line in your history.
