Account & how it works¶
Creating an account¶
You can check out as a guest with just an email — an account is created automatically and your order is kept there. To use your balance, view history, and manage subscriptions, sign in with email or Google.
Verifying your email is recommended: order confirmations, invoices, and licence keys are sent there. Some payment methods require a verified email.
Core concepts¶

| Balance (wallet) | A prepaid deposit in Rupiah. Every purchase ultimately draws from it. Topped up via top-up. |
| Order | A single purchase transaction. Status: awaiting payment → paid → (or failed). |
| Subscription | Recurring access for a monthly/yearly plan. Renewed each period. |
| Licence | A key shaped like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX that unlocks a product you bought (licensed products only). |
| Seat / device | How many devices may activate one licence at the same time. |
Typical flow¶
Pick a product → Checkout → Pay (balance / QRIS) → Order paid
→ Product delivered automatically (licence key, file, course access, etc.)
→ For subscription plans: a subscription is created and starts running
If your balance already covers the price, payment is completed instantly at checkout with no separate payment step.
Your dashboard¶
Once signed in, open the Dashboard to:
- Balance — view your balance & transaction history, top up.
- My products — downloads, licence keys, course access.
- Devices — see active devices, release a seat.
- Subscriptions — status, renewal date, turn auto-renew on/off.
- Invoices — download a PDF invoice for each order.
